Return & Refund Policy – rnaadesara At rnaadesara, we take pride in offering high-quality Indian jewelry. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. Our policy ensures a smooth experience while protecting both our customers and our craftsmanship.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and invoices.
Customized or personalized jewelry is non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
Items purchased on clearance or sale.
Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry.

Approved Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
If paid via Razorpay, the refund will be credited to the same payment source.
If the order was COD (Cash on Delivery), we will initiate a refund to your bank account after verification.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for cases where the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or personal preferences.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
If canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
If the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you must follow the return process.
